Welcome!
I'm Jasmyne.

I am an MSW Candidate and neurodivergent coach passionate about providing autistic women and non-binary people with a safe, affirming space to learn about themselves and grow. For a long time, I didn't even realize I was navigating a world not built for my brain. I lacked confidence in social situations, struggled intensely with certain sensations (smell, touch), and wondered why it felt like everyone else had a secret script for life that I somehow missed out on. It would have been extremely helpful to have a guide growing up who understood neurodivergence and could support me, rather than being left to manage the heavy burnout of masking all on my own. That missing support is exactly what led me to my work today. I wanted to become the guide I needed back then, helping individuals make sense of their experiences and build lives that actually fit their brains.

Personal Background

I believe my approach to coaching is deeply shaped by my intersecting identities. I am a queer, neurodiverse, first-generation college student and proud child of an immigrant. With this being said, I know what it feels like to exist in spaces and systems that weren’t exactly built with you in mind. I recognize how difficult this reality can be, which is why I am dedicated to supporting folks from diverse and intersectional backgrounds. In our work together, you never have to leave any part of your identity at the door. I am here to hold space for the entirety of who you are, because true self-discovery happens when all of you is seen, validated, and celebrated.

Advocacy and Group Contributions

Beyond 1-on-1 coaching, I am deeply committed to driving neurodiversity education and systemic advocacy. Because I know firsthand how overwhelming and inaccessible formal evaluation spaces can be, a major focus of my work has been developing self-screeners that allow folks to take empowering, shame-free first steps toward self-discovery. I also actively research and author educational guides, articles, and blogs designed to demystify neurodivergent experiences and shift the narrative from pathology to empowerment. As a natural extension of this research, I also help maintain our practice’s internal resource library so our team stays up to date with the latest neuro-affirming tools.

How Coaching Helps

As a neuro-informed coach, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior and advocacy to our work. However, it is important to know that coaching is different from therapy. While therapy traditionally focuses on things like diagnosing mental health conditions and healing deep-rooted trauma, coaching is a forward-focused, collaborative partnership. I’m not here to treat a condition or "fix" you—because you aren't broken. Instead, we focus on where you are right now, identifying the barriers in your daily life, and building tangible, actionable strategies to help you navigate the world in a way that works for your brain. I use a mixed, person-centered approach, meaning I believe you are the ultimate expert on your own life. To support your unique brain, I draw from a variety of neuro-affirming and evidence-based coaching frameworks, including: Motivational Interviewing: To help you explore ambivalence, get unstuck, and find your own intrinsic motivation for change. Cognitive and Behavioral Strategies: To gently identify limiting beliefs and build practical habits. Nervous System Regulation: To help you map your sensory needs and find accessible ways to ground yourself.

Experiences We Can Navigate Together

Because women and non-binary people are so often pressured to perform and conform to rigid societal gender norms, your neurodivergent traits are frequently internalized, heavily masked, or entirely overlooked for decades. I deeply understand the unique, heavy toll this takes, and in our coaching space, we can specifically work through: Autistic Burnout: Recovering from chronic exhaustion and the heavy toll of long-term masking. Executive Functioning: Finding shame-free ways to manage task initiation, transitions, and daily life demands. Relationships: Building skills that help you communicate your needs with others, find practical compromises (when necessary), and safely unmask with the people you trust. Sensory Overload: Understanding your sensory profile and learning how to accommodate your needs without guilt. Unmasking & Identity: Safely exploring who you are underneath the expectations of others. Self-Advocacy: Learning how to communicate your needs and set boundaries in relationships, at school, or in the workplace.

A Final Word

If you have spent your entire life contorting yourself to fit into a world that wasn't built for you, I want you to know that you are not broken and you are not alone. Taking the step to seek support can feel vulnerable, especially when you are so used to carrying the mental load all on your own. But you don't have to figure this out in isolation anymore. I am here to provide the guidance and empathy you deserve. I would love to meet you!
