Aftercare Plan
Aftercare is what happens immediately after sex. For ND couples especially, the right aftercare protects everything that came before. The wrong aftercare (or none) can undo connection in 5 minutes. Plan it like you plan the rest.
Safety note: This worksheet is for consensual relationships where both partners can say yes, no, wait, or stop without punishment. Do not use this worksheet to pressure sexual activity. If there is fear, coercion, retaliation, active abuse, trauma flooding, pain, shutdown, or dissociation, pause and use this with a qualified therapist.
How to use this worksheet
Each partner fills their own copy. What YOU need, not what you think partner needs. Trade. Read silently. Pick three concrete actions — specific, doable, tonight. Try this aftercare next time. Then revise.

My aftercare needs — words

- [ ] Reassurance about the experience
- [ ] Talk about something light and unrelated
- [ ] I want to be told I'm beautiful / handsome
My aftercare needs — mind

Aftercare is part of sex: It isn't the extra after the real thing. If the plan you wrote here gets skipped, treat that as information for next time, not a failure.
